Brielle is the owner of Vista Properties, Inc., Certified Property Manager, a licensed REALTOR® and a Certified Transaction Coordinator. Brielle is responsible for our backend Property Management Operations and Property Management support. Brielle assists in all aspects of Property Management. Brielle is also our staging manager with a great eye for design and positioning of properties.

Dana Rasmussen, Certified Property Manager, Broker of Record DRE#01102286
Dana received her Real Estate license in 1991 and her Real Estate Broker’s license in 1998. Working full time in the real estate business for the past 32 years Dana has accumulated a vast amount of experience in many facets of the Real Estate industry including sales and marketing, Real Property Appraisal and Property Management. Dana is a Certified Property Manager and has been the Vista Properties Property Manager for over 10 years.

Debbie Goodwin, Bookkeeper
Debbie is responsible for backend operations, reconciliation and accounting for the Vista Properties Property Management Division. Debbie is a very experienced bookkeeper as well as highly qualified in Human Resources.
