Dana received her Real Estate license in 1991 and her Real Estate Broker’s license in 1998. Working full time in the real estate business for the past 32 years Dana has accumulated a vast amount of experience in many facets of the Real Estate industry including sales and marketing, Real Property Appraisal and Property Management. Dana is a Certified Property Manager and has been the Vista Properties Manager for over 10 years.

Brielle Bariteau, Assistant Property Manager, REALTOR DRE# 02081327
Brielle is a Certified Property Manager, the Vista Properties Office Manager, a licensed REALTOR® and Certified Transaction Coordinator. Brielle is responsible for our backend Property Management Operations and Property Management support. Brielle assists in all aspects of Property Management. Brielle is also our unofficial staging manager with a great eye for design and positioning of properties.

Nicole Myhrstad, CEO, Founder, Managing Broker DRE #02052054
Nicole is the CEO/Owner/Broker of Vista Properties and a Certified Property Manager well versed in all legal aspects of tenant relations, and all aspects of owner obligations. Nicole has a digital marketing and business development background prior to becoming a Realtor and Broker. As the Broker, Nicole is responsible for the oversight of the entire property management division.

Debbie Goodwin, Bookkeeper
Debbie is responsible for backend operations, reconciliation and accounting for the Vista Properties Property Management Division. Debbie is a very experienced bookkeeper as well as highly qualified in Human Resources.
