REALTOR REFERRAL PROGRAM

Refer your clients to us for Property Management Services  and receive a referral fee when your client agrees to  a one year property management agreement.  

HOW IT WORKS....

TENANT PLACEMENT

Ex: The monthly rent is $3,000

Vista Properties gets $1,500 (half of first months rent) 

The referral fee to the referring REALTOR's Brokerage is 25%  of $1500 = $375 (one time payment) 

The payment is paid after tenant has been placed and first month's rent has been received.   

ONGOING PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SERVICES (without immediate tenant placement)

This program is for clients that already have a tenant but are in need of property management services.  

The referral fee is 25% of half of the current rent. 

Rent is $3,000 a month

Half of the rent is $1,500

Referral fee to the referring REALTOR is  25%  of $1500 = $375 (one time payment) 

Other details: 

The Referral Fee will be  paid to your Broker/Brokerage.

Real Estate Sales for your clients: 

We at Vista Properties are also Real Estate Brokers.  

Should one of  your clients reach out to us about buying or selling property, we will  immediately send them back to you.
